Dear Dr. Patel,
I am a professional dancer who has had a non- union bone stress fracture in my right foot for the past 20 years. Even though I have been a devoted practitioner of hatha yoga stretches and various athletic and dancing pursuits for over 30 years, at age 52 with the menopausal transition, I began to have severe stiffness in my lower back from my waist down, extending into my hips and upper legs.

The pain was so extreme that at times I simply could not move in any direction. Turning over in bed at night became an ordeal. If I moved, several muscle groupings would immediately go into intensely painful spasms and cramps. In the morning, it would take 30 minutes to work up the courage to approach the business of sitting up. I found it increasingly difficult to get into and out of any kind of sitting position. Sitting for even reasonable periods of time at the computer was more like torture than work, which was a big problem since I am a writer. Feeding my beloved cat companion required an act of utter determination. Getting anything out of the car caused me to wince (or if no one was looking, positively cringe) in pain.

I had been making the best of the situation with herbs, chiropractic, and additional exercise when I found out about MBJ. My first bottle arrived on a Friday afternoon. That night was my first application. The very next day I was able to move about with considerably increased ease, which I felt especially in my hips, previously quite bound with exceeding tenderness and ropes of tight muscle tissue.

In two days I was able to bend forward without support, a movement which had just days before been out of the question, and this for over a year. Three days later I was able to squat down and feed the cat as though there had never been a problem, as well as to retrieve a load of relatively heavy items from the car without consternation. Four days later, I delighted my astonished chiropractor as I demonstrated high kicks, unassisted deep knee bends, and standing forward bends, movements that had been completely out of reach for me only a few weeks earlier.

Now at almost one week of having used MBJ three times daily, I still have moments of intensive contractions in the same muscle groupings that bothered me before, but these pass relatively quickly and I am then able to go on about my business. Getting up and down out of sitting positions is no longer a challenge of any sort. Time writing at the computer is much more comfortable. And, I can turn over at night with almost no discomfort whatsoever, which fact is a source of very serious disgruntlement to my now very much better fed cat, who dislikes having his sleep time disrupted. But I suppose he had just better accept it, for Dr. Patel's MBJ will definitely be with us from now on.
